In compliance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data of 27th April 2016 (referred to as RODO), and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) we inform that:

  1. The Administrator of your personal data is HPP TradeBridge Ltd. located in Wrocław, ul. Partynicka 8, 53-031, registered with KRS: 0000845970, REGON: 386300591, NIP: 8992881082 (further referred to as PDA).
  2. Your personal data may be processed by PDA, among others:
    1. in order to answer an inquiry, perform an action requested by you or to conclude a commercial contract. Providing the data is voluntary and in case you decide not to share the data, the question will not be answered, action taken or contract concluded.
    2. as personal data of associates in order to conclude a contact with PDA. The contact data (name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, position and the data of the entity you cooperate with) has been obtained directly from you or the entity the contract is being performed/concluded/negotiated with. Providing your personal data is a necessary condition of the contract. Denial to give the data will prevent making contact with you in order to perform/conclude/negotiate the contract.
  3. Your personal data will be processed on the grounds of RODO Art. 6 pt. 1 a) or RODO Art. 6 pt. 1 b) , depending on the purpose, and in accordance with them. The data may also be processed on the grounds of RODO Art. 6. pt. 1 f) in order to pursue claims or defend against claims, as well as archiving, protection, investigating complaints, requests or in compliance with the accountability principle mentioned in RODO Art. 5 pt. 2. The data may also be processed in accordance with RODO Art. 6 pt. 1 c), when the processing is necessary in order to meet legal obligation of the PDA.
  4. You have the right to access and correct your personal data, request their removal and restricting their processing (providing there are no legal grounds to continuing their processing), right to transferring the data and objecting against their processing. If you have granted the consent to process your personal data (RODO, Art. 6 pt. 1, a)) – you have the right to withdraw the consent at any time with no effect on the processing performed on the grounds of your consent before the consent withdrawal (providing there are no legal grounds to continuing their processing). 
  5. Your personal data will be available to authorised legal entities on legal grounds or on the grounds of contract with PDA – including i.a. partners or employees of PDA authorised to the processing of the data on PDA’s request or legal entities which PDA has entrusted with their processing, i.a. IT, technical and organisational service providers.
  6. Personal data will be processed within, accordingly: the period necessary to the proper performing of contract (duration of contract), the period of limitation of claims determined by legal regulations (as a general rule 3 years, maximum 6 years), as well as the determined by the law period for storing the accounting and taxation records (as a general rule we will store the data for a period necessary for tax and billing purposes, i.e. 5 years from the ending of the year in which the tax becomes chargeable). The data processed on the grounds of consent will be processed to the moment of termination of the cooperation providing other legal grounds for further processing will not exist, or when the consent will be withdrawn your personal data will immediately be removed providing  other legal grounds for further processing will not exist.
  7. As a general rule the data will not be shared outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) and will not be transmitted to countries outside of European Union, Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein). In the exceptional situation the personal data may be transmitted to other countries, i.e. outside the European Economic Area providing it will be necessary to provide services to you or when it will be conditioned by other valid legal grounds. In such case the transmission of the data will take place in accordance with the proper protection defined in the provisions of protecting the personal data.   8. Processing of your personal data will be performed automatically (e.g. by IT systems); the PDA does not perform profiling.
  9. You have the right to lodge complains to supervisory authority (UODO) if you decide that processing of your personal data contravenes the regulations of RODO.
